- Design, develop, and lead to implement people strategy & policies to drive corporate success;
- Being the Business Partner for all executives and managers regarding HR strategies and operations;
- Lead local HR initiatives and roll out global HR program initiatives to address business and people priorities;
- Oversee and direct the overall Human Resources functions including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Training, Employee Relations, and Human Resources Operations.
- Ensure high service level of human resources to all employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures;
- Being able to lead local HR team and build their capability to empower individuals performing tasks effectively, achieve objectives, and ultimately, reach their full potential.
Minimum of 6 years' experience in human resource management; Highly motivated, adaptable, change-embraced, and strong interpersonal skills; Ability to handle the pressure, work collaboratively in a dynamic and cross-cultural environment; English Fluency in written and spoken required.
