What does the role involve? The purpose of the role is to create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer.
The role involves professional field sales and high level customer consultation in the defined territory within the target industry.
The job holder needs to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the market place.
Scope: Senior/expert role in Account Manager structure.

What you need is: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering) 3-5 years professional sales experience in industry / energy sector is a clear plus Preferably previous professional working experience within construction sector A well-developed ability to work with others at both a tactical and strategic level Proven ability to influence high level stakeholders from varied functional groups Successful experiences from working with large sales teams and a multi-channel business within a B2 B environment A customer focus, with a passion for results Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships Effective English communication skills Experienced driver
